A bit about me…

Hi, I'm Carla! A bit about my career journey so far... I went to University to study Fashion Design, after that I moved into working for various clothing suppliers, as a Menswear Designer. From that I moved to a large retailer, still working on Menswear product, after a promotion I moved to Boyswear & from there my next move was starting to lead projects on Kidswear. I then moved back to the supplier side, to be Head of Design across Baby, Kids & Menswear. I am currently working as a Development & Design Director, across global & EMEA accounts. Across all customer demos, on apparel, home, footwear, accessories & luxury projects. I manage an amazing team of 42 (My lucky number). Which is great practise for leading, coaching & development. I have always loved & valued mentoring & coaching others, which has now taken me onto securing my official coaching certification.

I have always been committed to self growth, development & learning. I spend a lot of my time outside of work expanding my mind & healing my soul.
